  Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Love going there! Marion, the trainer is the best. She is very creative, sensitive and in tune with the dogs and parents, amazing. Marion can suggest a solution to any situation. Peaches loves going to class. She is my second dog going there for training. Program is good and affordable, but the trainer adds so much more. We have so much fun. It's good for me to learn to understand Peaches and not react incorrectly. Thank you White Marsh Petco employees for giving Peaches and I a great experience and many happy memories.

  Absolutely disgusting Petco. I have never been so horrified walking into a pet store. There were multiple bettas dead in filthy cups that looked like they had been left there for months, along with other dead fish rotting in the tanks. The water was cloudy, dirty, and clearly had not been changed in a very long time. These animals are living creatures, not decorations to be ignored until they die. When I tried to respectfully bring it up to the manager, she was unbelievably rude and acted like it was no big deal. The lack of care and basic compassion in this store is honestly disturbing. This place should be ashamed of how they treat their animals. I would never recommend anyone support this location.

  Sadly not the best groomers. Not friendly or caring. Got my baby a bath last week paid extra for teeth brushing. Got home n realized teeth weren't touched. oh well waste of $12, didn't complain. Noticed he was scratching us with ‘cut’ nails. Took him to a sister location. LISTEN! Completely different experience. They inspected him. Gave recommendations on styles for his breed n face shape. and what really got me a little ticked off is his nails were never touched they were hiding under his fur and masked. Im upset i paid a $15 tip that wasn't deserved AND mad at myself for simply trusting a pro and not doing my own inspections. mind you, this was my second experience with the groomers and the first time I asked for face feet and fanny and they began to cut him so he literally had long hair in the front long hair in the back and very short hair in the middle. lesson learned
