  I got some really helpful advice from an employee about my sick betta fish (Lexy, I think was her name.) I appreciate that she was willing to help answer my questions and give some treatment recommendations, but also asked me questions to make sure that my betta was in a big enough tank and that I have a proper set up for him.

  Aside from the lack of selection for my dog I stood at the checkout for almost 5 minutes while the people at the front chatted with another worker. 3 people in total stood there looking at me & my miniature schnauzer waiting to checkout. After a while of waiting I left the entire cart there with about 50-80$ worth of items. I’m currently on my way to Petsmart which is about a mile away…very disappointing, also the bathroom was dirty

  They’re only receiving two starts bc the employee was a nice young guy. Otherwise it’d be one. Stopped in for cat food and some new fish for my son’s tank. The enormous amount of dead fish and frogs should’ve been a red flag. I got 8 tetras (they were buy 3 get one free). This was last night. All 8 are dead this morning. And yes - we properly care for them, right down to water temperature. I’ll stick to PetSmart from now on.

  After going to 3 locations with our pup and small children I get to this location and it was very disappointing. I waited at the counter for help for over 20mins and when I was finally helped I was told you need an appointment on a walk in service. It says on the signs and on line walk in services like nails, teeth, face trim all listed as walk in services but when I go to each location it was not a service available. So I went here after I was told that they have plenty of groomers and then was asked do I have an appointment. Why list something as a walk in if it’s not available??

  This petco is actually the best one in the area, they always have what we need and Jamie is a gem we almost left with 2 guinea pigs. You guys have great people here always friendly and helpful.
