  Dr. Eden has joined Noah's Ark as Medical Director recently, and I have to say that this was an excellent change. I see improvements each time I bring in my pets. I was considering changing vets, but I am back to being a loyal customer. Professional staff and their kindness and communication along with excellent care will keep me bringing my babies back again and again! Thank you for restoring my faith!

  I have been going to Noahs ark for some time, not usually one to write reviews but I am not sure what is happening now. I had a simple visit just to have a yearly check up for my 2 cats, and some blood work, something that has always been an quick in and out under an hour but this last visit has me questioning a return. We got there on time 10 mins before 6 PM, we got put into a room and a vet tech did the initial check in.....it was not until an HOUR at right about 7 PM that the vet, Dr. William Culp, actually came in. nothing for an hour. They did some checks as expected then blood work...which took another HOUR. I did not get out of the vet until 815 PM. They close at 730 PM. When i left I couldn't even go out the front door because it was empty and locked. Had to go back up the elevator and down the stairs which I avoid due to a bad knee. I am not sure if its the one vet or the practice is having a bad day or if the management of the practice is over booking. But easily one of if not the worst visit to a vet or even a human doctors office. I am beyond livid getting home from a vet near 830 PM when I booked a 6 PM.

  5/5 stars. They are truly kind and empathetic. My cat loved going here for a checkup, and when it was time to put him down, he was happy and loved everyone there. They went the extra mile with making us comfortable as well during the whole process.

  This is the best vet we’ve ever had, hands down. Five animals and 10+ years and we’ve FINALLY found our vet. They genuinely care for the animal- not the amount they can bill you for. They LISTEN to both us and our pets! I very rarely write Google reviews but had to write one for Noah’s Arc. Couldn’t be happier with their attentiveness and care (and price)!
