We boarded our dogs here back in May. On the last day they were to be groomed. When I picked my dogs up they were panicked and upset. I then noticed that my male had bloodshot eyes. I do not know what happened but they were less than cooperative about turning over surveillance footage. I recommend proceeding with caution with them. Apparently you cannot respond to comments: you were 100% untruthful with surveillance footage. The comment you replied with suggests that there is surveillance footage. You said there was absolutely none. You refused to give it over and your owner refused to even speak with us. Don’t lie.

The staff was very supportive and provided excellent emergency care for our ten year old cat. The treatment options and costs were clearly explained in advance. The Vet took the time to reassure us and to calm our cat. I strongly recommend this practice.
