In general I always have a good experience. My only complaint is there should really be a restroom for customer use not just employee only.

Stopped in to get some dubia roaches for my gecko, every single roach big and small were dead. Even the other live feeders were half dead. Not to mention I overheard an employee talking about how he didn’t care if the fish lived or died. The only saving grace was the volunteer who ran the cat area. He was so sweet and I could tell he genuinely cared about giving the cats good homes.

They never answer the phone, which would be helpful to avoid an unnecessary stop. Which leads me to, they never have any crickets available. I hate going to this petco. I thought I'd give it one more chance since it was on my way home. Never again. People that work there dont even attempt to greet you and unfriendly. Just go to the petsmart down the street.
