  Our dog was nervous and a little scared when I took her for her first day care day at Perfect Pet Resort. However, when I picked her up, she was a happy doggie and couldn’t decide if she wanted to go home or turn around and go back in for more fun. She was saying hi to every staff member in the lobby. The staff did a fabulous job taking care of her.

  Perfect place for my baby. The staff are friendly and seem patient with the pets. The facility is clean and grounds well cared for. I will bring my baby fir boarding every time I need it.

  We had trusted Perfect Pet Resort with the care of two of our dogs in the past with good results. Last December we got another dog, Pixie, a long hair Havanese. She has (had) a beautiful multicolor silky coat that requires careful grooming. We entrusted them with her care for nine days while we were on vacation, along with our other two puppies. We returned today to pick them up. We have always received a comprehensive verbal report on their stay when we came to pick them up in the past. Today we were asked for payment and then they unceremoniously handed them over to us. Pixie seemed uncomfortable on the way home. Once we were able to check her carefully, we found her whole body covered with large clumps of matted hair. Some of them were tying her ears to her head, and some came across her entire stomach and her legs. When we dropped her, we asked and were charged for grooming services precisely to avoid this problem from happening. It is obvious that no care was provided to her, and if it was, the person in charge was incompetent, irresponsible, neglectful or most likely all of the above. Once we contacted management, they became defensive and try to pacify us with some petty refund, as opposed to owning to this issue and offering an explanation for their neglect. We love our dogs and try to provide the best care for them. We thought that Perfect Pet Resort was the place to take good care of them in our absence. It turns out instead that their quality of service has become a threat to the well being of our pets. Pixie now has to be shaved down to her skin under the care of a veterinary technician to avoid possible cuts on her skin if a regular groomer attempts to take care of her. This place, unfortunately, has to be avoided at all costs. They neglects the dogs under their care and then refuse to own to their mistakes.

  Trustworthy, kind, and attentive staff. And really nice facility! Each dog gets its own sort of kennel (instead of a crate) with a cot and some room to walk around. Price is extremely reasonable as well! We left our dog, Lester, here for a week. They called pretty quickly to let us know he was anxious and that they were switching him to a kennel where he would be more comfortable. Additionally, they were super happy to talk throughout the week when we called to check in. And, when we picked him up, they described their time with him with lots of love and compassion. He was clearly in safe hands. We’ll always be boarding Lester here and wish they were closer to the city so we could send him for daycare!!
