- B1Buschy 13Mar 18, 20261.0The customer service is absolutely terrible. I arrived for vaccine apt 1 min late 6:01pm. Watched the techs and vet fight to give a cat a shot for 8 min. Then they came out and said we close at 6 and we won’t give your dog the shot. At the same time I watched the vet veterinarian scurry off and exited from back of the building to avoid talking to me. I’ll never go back here again.
