I had to contain my kiddos because the would've bought everything. Store could use a good dusting throughout all shelves. There was a fish tank with extremely low water. My kiddos were so sad for the fishes in there 😢

He took the time to explain which hamster would be the best fit for her age and was incredibly patient while I FaceTimed with her to make sure it was the one she wanted. Edward was knowledgeable, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. His excellent customer service made all the difference, and I really appreciate all of his help. I brought him in for full grooming including trim, teeth brushing, nail cutting, and hair brushing to prevent shedding. I went to pick him up and immediately noticed the inconsistent trim, cuts on the leg and neck, and nails not cut. I advise you to consider another place.
