Recently moved to Laurel and had to change locations. I was going to the Banfield in Timonium which was great. My first visit to this location the vet that saw me was very knowledgeable even though the wait was long and no communication or updates. I was informed that I should have two masses removed from my pet during her dental cleaning since the anesthesia would already be covered and not charged. Service at this location is awful based on my first two visits here. Staff is so disorganized and not aware of what is going on. Had a drop off to get my dog's teeth cleaned which has always taken 15-30 mins at Timonium if they were really busy. The front desk took an hour and 15 mins to get me checked in. The vet performing the surgery didn't even know what procedure he was doing on my pet. Called me in to go over the estimate. This estimate kept changing and the anesthesia that I was told was already covered apparently was not. They started to check my pet in after getting the weight and the one nurse updating the estimate. During the check in they told me to sit because they had to check something on the estimate. Was waiting for them to let me know the estimate was updated; which I think they never communicated amongst themselves when it was ready. My pet was the first one into dental cleaning and surgery but was not updated until I had to call them late in the evening. Which is when they placed me on hold for 20 mins and then hung up. Called again and they let me know they were still waiting on doing some vaccines but that I could start heading over to pick up my pet. Never had I experienced such bad communication or service at another Banfield.

They totally ignored my family dog’s flea dirt. What could’ve been an avoided infestation if they would’ve examined the dog better and not gas lit the paying customer. Their home now has fleas, don’t come here.

I went there took my little baby Milo since he was throwing up and having blood in his stool, I book an appointment online and when I went there, they said we are closed and online timing is not accurate. They need to update that! It was very inconvenient and waste of time
