  I called to schedule an appointment for my dog because he wasn't feeling well. I was told to call their urgent care line for same-day appointments. The problem is that when I called previously, I was specifically instructed to call before 10:00 AM on the day of the appointment to check for availability. I followed those instructions exactly, only to be met with an incredibly rude and dismissive response. I was told there was an opening this Thursday, so I asked if I could book that appointment. The answer was simply, "No. Call again on the morning of the appointment." There was no explanation, no willingness to help, and no concern whatsoever. To make matters even worse, while I was still on the phone trying to understand the process, I could hear the staff talking about my call in the background. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I honestly cannot understand how people working at a veterinary clinic, where compassion and empathy should be fundamental, can treat worried pet owners this way. After this experience, I will never call this clinic again. In fact, I'm relieved that I didn't end up making an appointment here. If this is how they treat people before they even become patients, I have no confidence in the care they would provide. This was, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
