- NVNicole VJul 29, 20261.0Came on July 1st to get my childhood dog seen since we were worried about his sneezing and a bump in his leg from him licking at it from stress a while back that hasn’t disappeared. Dr. Emily Fitzgibbons told us he had a loud heart murmur and wanted to do $800 worth of tests for him and said the bump on his leg was a skin tumor. We didn’t do anything yet, but my mom took him to another location on the 25th, and not only did they say he didn’t have anything wrong with him and the sneezing was just from excitement but also told us he had no heart murmur at all and the bump on his leg wasn’t a skin tumor and doesn’t need to be surgically removed like the doctor at this location was recommending. Don’t go to this location; that doctor obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing and just wanted us to blow our money.

The doctors treated my dog horribly and because of their lack of attention to what I told her her allergies were, she got sick for 2 weeks. They then didn't even apologize when I said I was worried about my dog and that she got sick. I had to call another Banfield who said what they did was absolute abuse and neglect. There are other ones in the area that I recommend, however I went against what many people had told me. These positive reviews you are reading, are not by actual customers. I have heard from The Establishment directly that 75% of them are bots

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
