- HAHope AlwaysAug 27, 20241.0Only use Vetco Clinic if you can't pay the extreme prices that other places charge. They only gave me two days to fill his prescription which is not enough time but this is done so the customer can only use Vetco to fill the prescription for the medication. I told them my dog is taking the Heartgard and Nexgard medication but they wrote his prescription for Simparico which killed someone's dog so I told them that I did not want that for my dogs but they wrote it anyway. They told me that I would have 30 days to fill his prescription which is not enough time either but the prescription only had two days and then it would expire. This is after I paid $154.36 for my dog to get his vaccinations which includes the heartworm test. They continually insert incorrect information like his birth date which I corrected them last time. They are supposed to be professional people but do professional people keep making the same mistakes over and over. I had to make another appointment to go back to the same place to get another prescription. Hopefully it will be done correctly the next time. if the other places didn't charge so much I would go some place else. I am very disappointed in the Vetco mobile clinic. I took my dogs there on July 28, 2025, to get the influenza shot because the kennel required them to have that vaccine for boarding. I needed to board them while I had surgery on August 13, 2025. The influenza shot requires that the dogs are brought back 2-4 weeks later for a booster which the veterinarian did not tell me about. I told them that I was having surgery but they never mention that my dogs needed to come back for the booster which would complete the vaccine. Without the booster the dogs will have to go back and get the influenza shot again. I have many medical problems and I have to place my dogs in the kennel each time for surgery. I did not receive the vet’s paperwork for my dogs until after they went in for treatment. Even I took one of my dogs back the still did not give him the booster even though I have paid hundreds of dollars for their vaccines.
