  Called to see if they had jumping spiders, but instead got yelled at by a lady because she couldn’t hear me? She didn’t even say what the other petcos I’ve called before phrase when they pickup the phone to help. She was like “HELLO!” Multiple times and I wasn’t on mute or anything and she just kept saying it and I said hi, I was wondering if u had jumping spiders and she just kept yelling and then hung up on me. Then they called back and I was left a 3 minute long voicemail, and you couldn’t hear anything but quiet talking and random noises and I’ve never been so confused.

  I was looking for ear care for my dog because he was in the process of getting a ear infection and when I asked for help the girl I spoke to went above and beyond, she took me over to where everything was for ear care and told me exactly what to get and that’s what I bought and that was exactly what my dog needed, I couldn’t of been more happier with the customer service and the product. I have one happy pup now! Thank you so much for your help!!!

  Wow, there was a long line, I made a friend and shared my car as her hands were overly full with cat food and accessories. Due to a slow computer system most likely from 100+ temperatures, we made friends and the long line didn’t matter at all. Then I got to the register and the staff member, named Tiffany, was simply lovely and amazing. Sadly, the store is going to close, but I’ll have to make friends at another store close to home. Thanks Petco for the wonderful service at this location.
