  Not a big fan of this place customer service broth times I have been there was sub par at best. Today the lady at the front counter was very rude and lacked any empathy or understanding. Actually got smart and sarcastic while I was there trying to get help.

  Banfield is absolutely the best primary veterinary care I have ever had. The entire veterinary team/staff go above and beyond for their clients. People seem to forget that this is like going to your primary care doctor not an emergency room and services can add up (emergency services here are limited just like if you had a heart attack at your PCP) and some are not cheap but neither is human medicine if you had to pay for every service out of pocket) It seems that some people come here and expect the providers to have MRI imagining in their eyes. Having a pet costs money it’ll never be cheap. Duh. These doctors literally went to school their entire lives to take care of our animals. The wellness plan is Lit but it ain’t insurance it is a financed package of services which is super helpful to help keep your pet healthy and assess for health concerns. Figure it out people! Ugh, love you Banfield Southdale! You guys make us feel safe!

  Other than a few issues with wait time for my Pepper's appointment, which were resolved after the vet spoke with me about an emergency for another person's pet, I can't complain. I am happy with Pepper's care and the care she receives at Banfield

  While everyone was nice, I feel that my questions and concerns were being met with a bit of a condescending tone. I also feel that I was trying to be scared into buying a dental cleaning session and that if I got that, they'd see "IF" my cat would survive anesthesia. That's a frightening concept when your pet means the world to your whole family and I would have appreciated a bit more care in wording and an explanation as to why its an "If." I'm hoping the abrupt tone wasn't intentional, but coming from the sales industry myself, it felt like a sales tactic. Again, everyone was polite and understanding about my cat who is skittish but I didnt feel that I left with the best experience.
