  I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog online like i’ve done numerous times in the past at this location and the location in Rockville. When you check in online for your grooming appointment it states dogs on sedatives are not accepted and i always mention in that section that my dog will be on anxiety medication but he will not be sedated. I have never had an issue with this. Today I received a text message regarding my appointment (which i will attach) mentioning his anxiety medication and how they don’t accept sedated dogs for grooming. I reached out to the location and spoke to a nice girl who transferred me to management. the manager was very rude and told me “there was a change in the rules” but online it has always said that they do not accept dogs on sedatives. I mentioned numerous times that my dog will not be sedated and was groomed last at this location on this medication where staff knew ahead of time. i asked if there was a different medication i could give him because maybe it was just that medication. i was told “i could list 1000 medications and it wouldn’t make a difference” I don’t know why this is a problem all of a sudden today when I didn’t do anything different and nothing new was stated online. and they told me this all the night before his appointment, with my work schedule it’s hard finding time to get him groomed when places are open and no where has last minute availability. thanks a lot! you guys lost a costumer

  A pawsome dog whisperer — the absolute Queen 👸 of Clean — and she is the ONLY one who can tame my mangy rescue beast. Other groomers gave up of chopped her. Not this groomer! My dog is not easy… we’re talking nervous, scruffy, and a little wild 😅 — but every single time, she works magic. Somehow she turns chaos into calm and sends my pup home looking, smelling, and feeling like royalty. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and treats every dog with patience, skill, and care. I trust her completely, and honestly wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. If you have a difficult pup or just want the BEST grooming experience around — this is the place. Absolute 5-star service every time. 🐾✨ fluffy is so happy w her new hair do!

  Upset and worried while typing this review. I purchased some treats for my dog and after giving her one of the treats I noticed there was a discoloration on the remainder of treats . The discoloration on the treats was mold. After noticing the mold, I noticed the expiration date on the treats were 06/05/2025 which bothers me as to why they were still on the shelf to be sold in the store. My dog has not only suffered an upset stock but also a reaction to her skin 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
