  Este sitio es increíble , son muy profesionales , los precios son razonables y la tencuin es increíble todos son muy amables y pacientes , en mi caso mi Frenchie bulldog es un poco gruñon pero le dieron la mejor atención y fueron muy pacientes

  The vet was good to my cat Tito. The assistant was nice too but it’s just when I paid first it was a lot of money but the terrible Side was that we were charged twice and I’m talking about over $500 total cause the original bill was supposed to be like 278 and can you imagine when we found out we actually were there on the spot and they told us that everything was gonna be fine that it was not a problem, but my daughter paid for it and she is in college. She needs that money and created a huge problem for her and I called you know today in the evening. You know to get an explanation and we were told that yes she needs to come back and you know, but they will put the money back on her card, but the thing is will leave far away. This hospital is in Germantown. We live in Frederick so it’s a long way for us to get there. It was just a mess. I mean I feel sorry because there the vet was nice. The system was nice. It’s just a Customer Service sucks. I would not recommend this place. I’m sorry they did not provide a good customer service because I called and I was just not helped the way I expected I said since they make all this messed Up, I requested to have the follow up appointment for my cat waived because of what happened but they told me no they couldn’t do that. I responded to the email saying share with us your experience and at the end after I told him they ask if I wanna be contacted but I said no thank you they just lost a pet patient I just look for something near us and Frederick. I mean we went there because we adopted our cat from a PetSmart and they were the only ones to have an available appointment on my day off that’s why we went there. We drove far because of that and we not coming back there ever again..

  DO NOT COME HERE!! this is the worst location!! the staff that work at the reception desk are very rude. They ignore you while you’re standing right in front of them. Donna is the absolute worst!! She has a terrible attitude

  i just took my dog Dino to this location for the first time and it honestly couldn’t have gone ANY better!! The front desk was super friendly and the vets who helped us with dino’s appointment were amazing!! my dog is unfortunately a little reactive but they were so sweet and understanding with him.. i will definitely be visiting again!
