i just took my dog Dino to this location for the first time and it honestly couldn’t have gone ANY better!! The front desk was super friendly and the vets who helped us with dino’s appointment were amazing!! my dog is unfortunately a little reactive but they were so sweet and understanding with him.. i will definitely be visiting again!

Germantown has been solid with my dog’s meds and communication, and more flexible on drop‑off than other locations. We feel better bringing our dog here.

Really disorganized clinic. Every single appointment we’ve made has either been rescheduled, moved around, or we get a last minute call saying they’re closing early. Unfortunately, we have not had one genuinely positive experience here. We’re currently looking for a new vet, which is disappointing because this location is so close and convenient for us. At this point, I’d rather drive farther for more professional and organized care.
As a dog mom, this clinic has made me feel very uncomfortable. During our last visit, we were seen over an HOUR late. The vet rushed into the room quickly without knocking and swung the door open fast, which scared my puppy. Instead of approaching her calmly, the immediate response was wanting to muzzle her, which only scared her more (photo attached). That did not sit right with me at all, and it genuinely broke my heart to see her so terrified. She had not needed a muzzle previously at her appointments at this location. Animals should be approached gently, especially when they don’t know the person. The entire interaction felt stressful and avoidable.
Another issue that really upset me involved my puppy’s vaccines. She came to us with a Banfield tag from her previous owner showing she had already received vaccines through Banfield. I asked if they could simply look up the number on the tag to verify her records, but they refused and insisted they needed an official certificate. They told us she would need to get all her vaccines again. I expressed that I was uncomfortable with that, but they insisted it was policy.
After receiving all the shots again, my puppy ended up with horrible diarrhea afterward. Since she was only around nine months old at the time, I worry this happened because she had already received those vaccines within less than a year. Again she was only nine months at the time. What made the situation even more frustrating is that after all of this, we still never received the certificate they claimed was required in the first place. When I called to ask for it, they suddenly said they don’t even provide certificates for this and that the invoice should be enough. That contradiction alone made the entire situation feel careless and unprofessional.
It’s also extremely difficult to get a straightforward answer about anything. Communication feels unclear and inconsistent every time we come here. I’ve had to call 4 times in the span of one WEEK to be sent over a simple invoice since they said they ran out of ink and could not provide us with one at her appointment. Overall, I would not recommend this location based on our experiences. Please do not waste your time or money. Support a smaller clinic that genuinely cares about all animals.

Front desk is not helpful at all and seems overwhelmed managing the desk.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
