I've always been pleased with their services and appreciate the capable and caring staff. I recommend the location in the Target shopping center off of Rt 355 in Frederick, MD
- GSgayu sivaJun 9, 20261.0Went in at 5:45 pm to pick up essential medication for my pup as usual and front staff dismissed us saying that if everyone in the building leaves and there are no pets, then they can close by 5:30. They had closed all the registers early. We drove for 30 minutes and went in 15 minutes before the closing time mentioned in their website and google. Irresponsible.

- EBElise BanksJun 23, 20223.0The staff are nice and friendly but everything is still pretty outdated/old school. Every time we drop off our dog we have to fill out forms while our dog is freaking out (she hates coming obviously) and it adds stress to the whole experience. If you could move to an online check in experience it would be a lot easier for everyone. I filled out forms at the office and within an hour I got a phone call asking me the same questions…. So I’m just a little confused about whether or not anyone reads the forms. Keep in mind, if you pet needs more frequent care it is difficult to get an appointment, or you may have to drop off and wait… we’ve had several occasions where things had to wait weeks before they’re so busy.. Please hire more people to accommodate the volume of pet patients so you can offer the level of care you did when we first signed a contract.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
