I got on line and when it got to me, I was told I had to register in the store. I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment time, now I have to wait another 20 minutes to sign in, I’m 88 so that was a lot of standing and waiting. An employee (Kevin) was nice enough to provide me a chair. Was not happy with the process. I was there to get my dog chipped. Advertised as free, was not.
