The people in the mobile clinic were very nice and patient with my dog when getting her rabies and bordetella vaccinations this past Saturday. However, we also got a heartworm test and simparica trio (6-month supply). It was nice that they also provided a refill prescription. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong dosage for my dog (51 lbs). I was focused on trying to make sure I had all the documentation of her vaccinations to send to her daycare and didn't notice I was given the wrong dosage (22.1-44.1 lbs). I was charged for the correct one (44.2-88.1 lbs) but given the wrong box, which I didn't realize until I arrived home. I called and was informed I could bring it back inside the store and exchange it for the correct one. However, when I arrived at the store (after the mobile clinic hours), I was told they could do nothing for me since they don't sell simparica in the store and the person I spoke to shouldn't have told me that. Instead, I need to go back the next time the mobile clinic is there, which is Tuesday. This means I have to go to work 3 hours late because I was dispensed the wrong medication. Although the people were nice, I am not sure I would use this service again.

I usually don’t have any issues but this last visit was very overwhelming. There may need to be 2 people on the inside doing the triage because there was only one lady and we were in line for about an hour just to be triaged. Especially in this case where we were told to bring the pets in early due to the heat. This meant everyone was coming before 2pm but they weren’t staffed for this adjustment and it was horrible for some pet owners having to keep their pets calm
