  I would be remiss to not share the violent chaos I encountered today for my dog’s vaccination visit. Apparently an unleashed and unmuzzled pitbull attacked another small lap dog. Owner had no control and just got the dog as a stray only weeks ago.. Keeping in mind this is all occurring right at the store’s entrance outside of the Vetco van. The employees tried their best to calm the angry mob, while the suspected owner remained in the lot. I was then directed inside to log into a kiosk.. As soon as my pup and I walk towards the line, boom, a large German shepherd lunges at my dog, while 2 frail women attempt to calm him. At this point I was over the disorganization and chaos. Even the workers tried to apologize. I’ll definitely stick to the Alexandria location. I wanted to give the Forestville location a shot because it was closer to DC (in light of the July 4th chaos). But the location fits exactly where’s it’s located, if you know what I mean.

  The middle aged woman here is absolutely disgusting. I have no idea how she’s employed still. Obviously hates her job and cares nothing about customer service. Every time she’s there she’s being nasty and rude. Who wants to spend money with people that give suck bad energy. She’s not only rude to customers blatantly she’s rude to her co workers as well. Would not recommend going here unless it’s your last resort.

  Store was clean and well stocked. Service was good.

  The staff is always helpful to me. They even carry my big bags of food and litter to my car.
