  I volunteer for the local animal shelter in that area and I bring dogs in for treats and toys. The staff is always very nice.

  The staff was super friendly! The manager in particular Jordyn she was so nice and friendly. She helped me find all my dog products! Store is definitely in good hands with her and the staff!!

  Jordyn Meta , the new store manager is horrible. I have been coming to this store for 21 years. I have lizards, fish, chinchillas and dogs. My dogs have been groomed here for 14 years. I also use Vetco and have all animals on the vital care program. When Nicole was the manager things were amazing. She really loved animals. Then Jackie was the manager and she was good. The groomers were hit or miss. Once a groomer was instructed to shave my Pomeranian and give my golden retriever a beautiful flowy cut. She shaved my golden retriever by mistake. I forgave her and Jackie gave me some salmon treats to help my golden’s coat since it was destroyed. My Pomeranian had a critical care hospital stay and was traumatized when I brought her in months later for grooming. She growled in fear because they put her in a crate like the hospital one. I was asked to pick her up and not bring her back. Tony, who is fabulous offered to try Lilah again with the VIP program where the dog does not get crated. It worked out beautifully and she looked amazing. When I went to have her groomed again Jordyn banned her. This shocked me so I called corporate and complained. Lilah was reinstated and Tony told me he loved Lilah and would gladly groom her. Jordyn cancelled the grooming and refused to allow Lilah to be groomed. A young boy merged my Lilah’s account with another Lilah’s account and the wrong account was banned for stealing a hair brush which now became my spotless record. Jordyn Meta should not work with animals or people. This woman has ice water in her veins. She is cold and unkind and should be working anywhere but with people or animals. Do not take your dogs to this place. They make mistakes and punish you for them!!!

  I received outstanding customer service from two store employees, Sharon and Scott. I've shopped at this store location since it's opening about 25 years ago, and have always received great service from its staff. Scott has gone out of his way to assist me in locating hard-to-find products so many times that I couldn't possibly remember them all. And yesterday, Sharon noticed that I was watching a video about cat brushes on my smartphone, and immediately approached me to answer my questions. The help I received from both these fine employees resulted in my purchasing multiple items. Please take good care of these excellent representatives of Petco.
