  This is the second time I’ve had to go the Veterinary Medical Center for an urgent appointment and I have found them to be excellent both times. Doctors and techs have been kind and very knowledgeable. They are willing to think outside the box and worked hard to address my concerns regarding care. They were great about working with me to find solutions for serious health issues my pets have had. Their practice is an hour drive for me and it has been well worth it. I highly recommend this practice.

  Dr. Meyer communicated very clearly with me, they had made an estimate prior to our visit but after doing the exam she explained she no longer thought that some of the services were necessary while also giving me the option to do them anyway for peace of mind. I appreciated her honesty and not trying to push expensive unneeded procedures. I also felt she was truly listening and not rushing us through the process. Furthermore, the staff were so accommodating and helpful with me as I also had to bring my 4 and 1 year old sons. What is usually a terribly stressful event was actually very easy and I left feeling reassured and not guilty for bringing my kids even when by the end of the visit my one year old was less than calm. Shout out to Cassie and Dr. Meyer for a wonderful experience.

  I've been to VMC with prior pets, Have complete confidence in the Vet's knowledge and experience, Dr. Bruce was very thorough, explained everything thoroughly, and lessened my fear and anxiety of my pets symptoms & illness.
