  Warning to dog owners considering this facility: Our dog was attacked while under their care and required emergency surgery. While the General Manager handled the emergency swiftly and brought him to the hospital, the company owners completely failed us. They refused to take responsibility, withheld information about the aggressive dog/owner, and never once followed up to see if our puppy survived or recovered. The local management is great, but the ownership is irresponsible and unconcerned with animal welfare or safety. They made sure to let us know (through the GM because clearly they aren’t capable of doing anything themselves) that our $3000.00 bill would be completely on us. I’m still very shaken up about this experience.

  Playful Pack is very knowledgable and genuine about caring for individual needs of your dog. They have great communication and service skills. My adult fur baby loves her stay and we will be back.

  Our dog Moses went for an evaluation and staff at Playful Pack were kind and patient with Moses’s first day. The evaluation information was helpful and informative.
