  Playful Pack is very knowledgable and genuine about caring for individual needs of your dog. They have great communication and service skills. My adult fur baby loves her stay and we will be back.

  Our dog Moses went for an evaluation and staff at Playful Pack were kind and patient with Moses’s first day. The evaluation information was helpful and informative.

  Wow ... how disappointing that Playful Pack has fallen so far down. Used to be a 5-star experience every time ... used to be that the camera did work and you could check in on your pup during the day. Not now. Camera broken both days. Used to be you would get a picture or two and even a video during the day as part of the report card. Not now. Now you get two still photos, which look like two quick snapshots of the same moment. There is NO evidence of any activities. My dog couldn't wait to run out of there and back to me. Last time for him to be subjected to that. Also, staff was disorganized, couldn't answer questions about what had happened with my dog even though they reported that he was "anxious" and opening the door (to get out! - back into the lobby). Hopefully someone in management will address issues and this place can become a good place again. But, $75!!!??? absolutely not worth it.
