  I'd go somewhere else if we lived anywhere else (we are too far for any live feeders to travel safely fully from anywhere else). This store is participating in the "desk pets" promotion which is horrific as it features animals in containers NOT FIT for a long term habitat but are placed specifically where most customers make the most impluse purchases statistically. They do not care for all animals it seems (I am specifically going to blame management & higher for this decision, as I have seen other locations reject participating in "Desk Pet" displays featuring actual animals).

  I purchased a 25lb bag of Whole Hearted weight management dry food for my dogs on 6/27/26 from the Denton Petco. I opened it today to feed them only to find maggots inside the bag. Horrified

  Always very helpful in the store,and the groomers are awesome.my dogs get so excited as soon as we turn into the shopping center.

  This is the best Petco that I have been to. A young lady immediately approached me asking if I needed help. She directed me to where I needed to go and accompanied me there. After that, I picked up another purchase and she checked me out. While doing so, she gave me information on other conveniences that Petco offers. I asked her name and she gave it to me because I wanted to compliment her. Being a senior, I have forgotten it. I can only describe her as an attractive, light complected black woman with braids. My career was in retail so I know a great employee when I see one. She should be recognized.
