  Normally I would give this petco a five stars. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. I lived in Colombia 15 years, and I've always gone to Petco, both of my Guinea pigs ( eli sold them to me.) are from there both of my hamsters from there. I have 3 fish tanks and all my fish are from there. I only buy food from this location for all my babies. As of today, I refuse to go back as long as eli's there. I went there to buy fish with my family. We had koi fish in one of my three 65 gallons tank, but the koi outgrew it. So we put them in are pond. I explained to her the size of the tank and I informed her that it was empty. I had a list of fish i wanted and she proceeded not to hand me the fish that I had chosen because she felt that it wasn't safe. Eli went back and forth with me over and over again. I'm 44 years old I have had fish my whole life. I know the ends and outs and have all the testing kits to make sure everything is safe. I have never been so disrespected and argued with an employee before.

  Unfortunately, we’ve had a bad experience at this location. New to the area, we scheduled our first groom with the Old Dobbin location, received confirmation messages the morning of and arrived for our appointment only to be told the groomer for our dog wasn’t at work. Our understanding is that they were in the hospital and while I can get that emergencies happen, I would have appreciated a text/call letting us know not to drive 20 minutes. We re scheduled for 2 days later and got the groom. I don’t care much for a dog’s haircut but this one is simply the worst one we’ve had in our 3 years of choosing Petco. Very, very obviously rushed to where you can’t help but notice and stare. I was not going to leave a review because I simply don’t think it’s all that but the cherry on top was that we woke up the next day to our dog having pink eye and lots of mucus flowing from his right eye that now has to be treated. It’s an ugly thing to see and even worse to try and put drops in. Just be cautious I guess when coming to this location. Not sure what could be going on over there honestly and medicine is expensive enough for people let alone a trip to the vet.

  Dyson provided amazing customer service at Petco! He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made my experience enjoyable. Petco needs more employees like Dyson highly recommend asking for him if you visit!

  Today we adopted one of our first guinea pig for our daughter Mina was so kind, helpful and quickly responding to all questions she help us with all pricing and go through check out then also help us put all stuffs into the car. it is 100/10 customers service experience she is super professional and respectful at all time.
