Went to this store today July 25, 2026 around 1PM and the associate purposely did not bag my items because I didn’t have a phone number to give. You might think I didn’t catch it but I did and you probably need to get over it and do your job still. But I get it, Petco needs to get their VCC numbers, unfortunately I will never provide a number for myself so good luck with that.
- KHKaren HolmesJul 13, 20261.0I have been purchasing instinct raw dog food for my small Pomeranian for years. A recommendation from a Petco employee. I pickup a bag 6 weeks ago. It was the last bag on the shelf. I asked the staff if they were discontinued. She said no... Today there is none on the shelf, which tells me it was never replenished after I bought the last bag. Today a employee says they have no way to order or if it will be replenished..."we are not told these things" the employee said. I asked the employee if they could call around to see if one of the other stores had some. There is no tag..so of course that did not happen. As someone who has worked in the retail field this is unexceptable. I do not recommend Petco to anyone who loves their pet. They are incompetent and have no understanding on how to run a business. I do not trust my pet in their care...
