  All my fur babies have been seen at the Columbia Banfield location . I’ve always been pleased with service and the team . Dr. Landon is phenomenal and all my fur babies love her . I’ve been coming to her for all my pets . Now I only have one and when I purchased her I called to make sure Dr . Landon was still at that location. So now my new fur baby goes to her .

  Took my cat back for initial visit & the paper for ongoing treatments never made it back due to financial difficulties and let's make this clear no fault to Banfield the only issue I have with this particular service is when you sign up for a plan to keep your pet to be seen and taking care of even at the initial visit we paid for services rendered nothing further continue to pay for this plan although we never use them it still accrued a bill like I owe them money for something did they performed and we didn't pay now the payment was for a plan for future services that we never used and was instructed at the initial visit that we could cancel at any time. Ran into some financial difficulties unable to further pay on the plan I cancel the plan but they insisted on that I owe them when it was explained to me that I could cancel at any time with no further charges for some people be okay but for us I find it very frustrating there somewhat would say we owe them money for something that they never performed thought about taking my cat back there to reinstitute the original agreement was told I have to pay a pass bill first like they would never paid for the services that were rendered at the time of the visit I must say the initial experience was pleasant as most veterinarian is all when you first visit them and they want your business I find it unfair in bad business practices to say that you can cancel something and they continue to charge you regardless I am attempting to talk to someone in corporate about this issue I think they need to revisit that payment plans and make sure that they put it in writing that you can cancel at any time with no further charge to you. I cannot revisit this enough I can see if I got some services rendered and didn't pay really don't agree their payment plan options needs to be revamped and bring it into a more realistic view of reality when they know people don't visit the vet that often where you end up paying for practices several times and never using them and you still have to pay when you take your animal there doesn't make sense to me trying to keep the money flowing in furthermore their known as the biggest practice in the United States when it comes to veterinarian care kudos to them we'll be talking to corporate about this issue
