As far as customer service if you get Joshua be prepared to be disrespected, stared at when I told him to hold it off on ringing certain items he wanted to blame me for not speaking up, but I purposely sent them to the side and then he told me that if I didn’t like it, I could go to another store. This is not my first run with him as I have done a formal complaint now with corporate and I am waiting for a call from the regional manager.

Walked around the store looking at harnesses for 20 minutes. No help or even acknowledgment. Very poor customer service. 9/24/26 9:20am to 9:50am

We went in search of a different kibble for a cat who seems bored with his current fare. The staff member who came over to offer help kindly reminded us of their return policy (if he rejects the new flavor, we can bring it back for a refund). We ended up choosing 2 flavors from the large variety available.

I had my dog groomed by Dani and as usual had an exceptional experience. Teddi looks awesome and Dani is always so kind and loving to my doggy.

Last weekend, I went to your store, desperate for a miracle food that my 13 year old golden, Max, would eat. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe, one of your employees. He helped me find the best options for Max. And I told Joe that dogs just don’t live long enough. He gently replied “dogs are here as long as they’re supposed to be”. Simple and profound advice that changed my whole outlook. Thank you, Joe from Petco!
