  My three dogs loved it there, and the dog I thought was going to have attachment issues did very well. I will not be taking them anywhere else.

  This place is by yet the best place I have ever taken my dogs too. Listen my pups been going there since 2018 and they are always grateful for their second home. Dani and the rest of the crew really take pride in taking care of your pups. Overnight stays are amazing if you have furry babies that need an awesome place to go and no stress this is the place. Your dogs are never locked in kennels like other places. They are with dogs of their size and again these pups have a field day on those 3 acres out there. My guys are always so tired when they come home. On warm days they let the dogs play in the water and just be doggies! I cannnot speak for everyone else but it’s rolling up on 10 years almost since paws and play been my pups favorite place to go. I love you guys for loving each and every doggy that comes to you.

  Been bringing my babies here for 8 years at1st two, now three. They love Pawsnplay. No cages ever they run and play when they want sleep when they please. Tried other places they charge for a hug and stay separate in an inclosed environment. Walks and exercises time extra. If that’s your dog cool. My babies are all I’ve got. That’s their 2nd home. Also they have adopted dogs abandoned by their owners at great expense not shipped them to the pound. Also the price is very reasonable I’ve checked I don’t know how people come up with too expensive. I have 3 dogs so value matters to me.

  I was looking for doggie daycare for my 8lb Yorkiepoo and this was the first facility I visited so I had no comparison. I spoke with Michelle who was very nice and we made an appointment for my furbaby to do the recommended 4hr temperament test. Upon arrival I was greeted (barely) by someone else who seemed very indifferent about my business. She answered my questions but again, barely. And when I asked for a tour after the temperment test I was told I could not have one because of the snow and ice out back - it was just after the winter storm so that was plausible. Nonetheless, I left her for the test and when I picked her up she seemed content so I took her the following week. When my husband and I picked her up that evening she was still in her coat and was cold to the touch. When I asked why I was told by a 3rd worker that she "was just chillen on the couch" and her coat was kept on because she had free range to come and go as she pleased. Initially what drew me to this location was the crate free environment that I was told about. I didn't believe that just meant she would be left to sit on a couch in her coat all day with no structure. While not a deal breaker for some, the blasé attitude about it didn't sit well with me. Aside from Michelle the other two I encountered in addition to not knowing the actual conditions of the facility made it an easy decision for me not to return.

  It seems their previous groomer is no longer there, and unfortunately the quality has really declined. The new groomer, Dani, did a very poor job with my dog. His coat was unevenly shaved, especially around the face and body, and overall looked rushed and unprofessional. I also noticed a yellow residue around his tear duct, which made it seem like his face wasn’t properly cleaned. This was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning. I did express my displeasure with the grooming service and the young lady that took my payment was like "Ok".
