  ParisDear Petco Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the grooming services my dog, Paris, has received and with the management issues I witnessed during my recent visit. Paris was unable to be completely groomed because of a previous negative experience she had with one of your groomers. I believe she was mistreated during a past grooming appointment, and as a result, she has become fearful and anxious during grooming sessions. This has made it difficult for her to receive the care she needs. Additionally, after her most recent grooming appointment, Paris became sick when she returned home. This has raised serious concerns about the quality of care she received and has led me to consider taking her to another grooming facility in the future. I was also very disappointed by the store's opening delay on the day of our appointment. The manager who was scheduled to open the store did not arrive, and customers were informed that the manager had something important to attend to that morning. Another manager had to be called in to open the store, resulting in customers waiting for over an hour before being allowed inside. This was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. That being said, I would like to acknowledge the staff who assisted us that day. They were very understanding of Paris's situation and handled her with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Their compassion and efforts to make her feel comfortable were greatly appreciated. My concerns are not with those employees, but with the management issues and the negative experiences that have affected my dog's well-being. As a customer, I expect a safe, professional, and reliable experience for both myself and my pet. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to improve both customer service and pet care. could not be completely.

  Great, timely experience from start to finish! From my initial inquiry, through the service, and all the way to checkout, I felt well taken care of. I especially appreciated that the young lady assisting me at checkout took the time to invite me to schedule Ginger’s next appointment. That small personal touch made the experience feel thoughtful and welcoming. Excellent customer service overall!
