  The service here is great the best Bengield in the whole DMV area on my experience, they do a great job with my frenchie blue and the whole services is always great !

  Romeo needed a check up because he had not eaten in 2-1/2 days; he was seen on the 3rd day. He is now eating and back to himself of being playful and moving around more.

  There always seems to be "a wait" for some reason or another. Sitting in the room for almost an hour before being seen is not acceptable. If you have an appointment, don't expect them to check you in early. If you show up earlier, they make you wait until the last minute just to check in. Any appointments that you can make online are arbitrary, because you're always going to get a call saying that it's not available. It should not be an option to make an appointment on the website, if it's not going to be available.

  The entire medical staff and reception staff are very professional, kind, compassionate, patient and accommodating.

  I had a great experience at Banfield! The staff was friendly, professional, and caring. They took great care of my dog and made sure all of my questions were answered. I really appreciate the level of care and attention they provided. Highly recommend!
