  Horrible customer service. Don't go to this location. Way better service at the surrounding locations.

  I had an appointment at Banfield Pet Hospital at 3:30 PM and arrived at 3:35 PM because my GPS took me the wrong way. Despite being a few minutes late, I still arrived, checked in, and was brought to a room about 15–20 minutes later. However, the fact that I was there from 3:30 PM until after 4:30 PM and was never seen is absolutely ridiculous. When I asked what was taking so long, all I heard were excuses about being short staffed. If that was the case, my appointment should have been rescheduled ahead of time instead of wasting over an hour of my time sitting in a room waiting. What made it even more frustrating was seeing someone with a 4:00 PM appointment get seen before me. This is also my second negative interaction with this location. The first time, they rescheduled my baby’s appointment claiming she was under 6 weeks old, when she definitely was over 6 weeks and could have been seen. It honestly just felt like they overbooked and didn’t want to honor the appointment. These two experiences alone completely rubbed me the wrong way. I will not be bringing my baby back here and will definitely be finding another veterinary office. I’m highly annoyed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

  Banfield Pet Hospital has been Chloe's (my cat) veterinarian for longer than I can recall. I have been highly satisfied with the services rendered from the time we enter the facility to the time we leave. I received a warm welcome. The staff explained the service in terms I could understand which made me feel comfortable leaving her. The staff updated me as needed. They also ensured I understood Chloe's recovery plan. The staff was very professional and concerned about Chloe's needs. The prices are reasonable. I continue to patronize Banfield because of the staff and prices. As they say, try it and you will like it!!

  worst location ever don’t recommend horrible service , everyone in the desk is so rude and not helpful . if you don’t like ur job leave .
