Jimmy was incredibly sympathetic and understanding, and his willingness to help is the kind of support that revives your faith in humanity. Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable about the kind of food my cat may or may not like, providing lots of insight as to how I can decide on what will be right for her without breaking my wallet. Mikai was an amazing cashier; our interaction felt human and not like a transaction (even though it quite literally was a transaction, as I was checking out, haha). He helped me sign up for a membership without any of the pushiness you’d see from most other places with a rewards system. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Whoever hired these staff members made an amazing decision doing so!
