I went to tell someone about it & I can tell he just didn’t care at all. I know not much they can do but it’s just a waste of money to spend on something like this. I never buy live animals at petco to begin with!!!!

Tried to shop in store to get the deals for the items we wanted and were told we cannot claim the deal. The store accepted the online order us for an order for $180 and then canceled it. The charge is still on my credit card. When asked for a receipt we were spoken to by someone who did not have a petco uniform claiming to be the manager who was off duty. He had an attitude while claiming he can’t do anything l “they aren’t the online store” and “the employees will get flagged for helping us” they lost a $400 sale today. Would not recommend going there.

Two young ladies working on a Saturday afternoon. Lastly, I understand Pets are allowed in the store but it’s not ok to pick up a package and have thick yellow half dry urine transfer onto your hand, arm and clothes.
