  I loved Petco. Especially your employer Lee. Lee does a great job in grooming and cutting Sky ( my dog) hair. Lee is friendly and kind.

  Polite and respectful staff, good selection for my dog. I wish they had more ice cream pup cups for choices.

  This the only PETCO that smells like a bunch of stinking animals when you walk in! It’s like walking into BARCS animal shelter. No other PETCO smells like it need a total cleaning and wash down but this one! They are usually stocked with what you need, the staff friendly but the smell is horrible.

  Needed anew litter box and the golden ring petco had one online to pickup for $25. Got to the store and found the same item I saw online and took it to the cashier, who was the manager. He rang me up for $46, I showed him what was online and he said that wasn’t his store?? He kept saying he had to charge me for $29.99 for the top and $16 for the bottom. I told him I was very confused because of what was online. All he had to do was tell me I have to order and pay online. He went in the back and when he came back I thought he said he would give me the online price. My friend also thought the same? The next day I looked at the receipt because I wanted to give him a good review and saw that all he did was give me $6 off-I was charged $43. I went back to the store and told him that I didn’t realize what I was charged-he said I could return the item. I did-how could he think $6 would make me happy. After I returned it I went online and ordered the litter box from the white marsh store, paid online and went to pick it up. I didn’t wait for them to email me that it was ready, told the cashier I placed an order and she asked my name said she would be right back. I got my litter box in less than 5 minutes for $25.
