  I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog Tyson at noon and was quoted about 2.5 hours. After waiting nearly 3 hours, I was initially told he was just finishing drying, only to then be informed his grooming had not even started. Tyson had apparently been sitting in a kennel the entire time with no communication or delay updates provided to me. When I picked him up, he was panting heavily, which added to my concern about his care and comfort during the visit. The manager refunded me, which I appreciate, but the overall experience and lack of communication were very disappointing. I will not be returning for grooming services.

  My shopping experience at Petco was very satisfying overall. I was able to easily navigate the store and find the items I needed. The checkout line was smooth and fast, the store was clean, and the associates were present, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue I experienced was that one shelf was completely out of stock of Cesar wet dog food, including both the Warm Bowls and regular Cesar wet food varieties. Other than that, I was pleased with my experience.

  Each and everytime I have went to this location to shop the employees have always been kind, helpful, and nice to me making my experience very pleasant and enjoyable The products have been available for me to purchase 99% of the time when I went to shop there.

  If I could give zero Stars I would Im disabled and dropped our dog off at 12:40 for a groom at 5:00 the 14 pound dog still wasn’t ready but that’s not the problem I very badly needed to use the restroom Erin the acting store manager said no its for employees only and I should go use Nordstroms bathroom ( they must care about their customers) I told her it far for me to walk and I really had to go to the bathroom Guess what She flat out refused Just an FYI they don’t have 1 chair for someone to sit down Im beyond disgusted and for once I am going to contact corporate and maybe the ADA Just gross 🤢 Update the women gave me the Store managers name (who is off today) and most obviously intended me to think it was her name The person I dealt with was acting manager on duty Jessie Not nice the way she treated me even worse to lie about her name
