  As it was my first-time dealing with doggy daycare, I wasn’t entirely sure what the "norm" was at first, but I feel compelled to share my experience, because I am shocked at the 4.8 star rating as of today. ​On the positive side, the staff here are wonderful. They are incredibly kind, friendly, and they even remembered my pup after her very first visit, which made us feel so welcome. While a staff member usually has to carry her in because she's reluctant to leave my side, she seems to enjoy herself well enough and is always willing to walk through the door. ​However, the cleanliness is a major issue. The facility itself has a very strong urine smell when you walk in, and unfortunately, it follows us home. Four out of the last five times I have picked my dog up, she has been so covered in urine that she was literally wet to the touch and reeked so badly I had to roll the car windows down. Every single pick-up requires an immediate, full shower at home because she is soaked, which is exhausting for both her and I, and not good for her skin. ​I love the staff, and I plan to use the rest of the daycare passes I already purchased, but I really wish credits were transferable between locations. I’ve used their other locations before and never had this issue. There, my dog comes home clean, and I only ever need to wipe her paws. I hope management can address the sanitation at this specific branch, as the sweet staff and pups deserve a cleaner environment.

  They get dogs and dog owners. Our first visit was truly delightful for us and our pup.

  The staff are always happy and delighted to see their clients, treating them with care and respect. Grooming is done to perfection.

  Friendly, flexible, accommodating and caring. My foster girl had a great time! Looking forward to giving her more play time there!

  Our dogs have been going here for years and staff has become part of the family. The attention and care they have for our boyz is incredible. We get all of the services and There is No One that we trust more than the team at Playful Pack Annapolis. We love you guys and thank you.
