  This store is very disorganized. The pricing on item’s shelves is not accurate. I tried to buy a simple litter box and the shelf said the box was $6.99 but rang up at $19.99. The store clerk who had been texting at the register when I walked up said the box had been misplaced on the shelf. Seems like a classic bait and switch. I would have gone elsewhere except the cat I had just adopted was waiting in the car. The bag of cat food I found was by itself on an unlabeled shelf so I had no idea at all how much that one was. I hate ordering from Amazon as I prefer to support local businesses but a disorganized store is disappointing and frustrating.

  1st time there. It's big, they have birds 🐦 in there 4 sale but didn't have any of the items I wanted 2 buy for my dog. 2 balls & 2 treats that I could get 2x closer at Pet Supplies Plus but they closed. The people were nice but it's the only other Pet Supplies place near me.

  Made an appointment to get my dog groomed prior to having an engagement photo shoot done since we wanted him to be a part of it! They left me a voicemail saying they are cancelling his appointment because he was diagnosed with mild intervertebral disc disease two years ago and I asked them to just not yank on his neck for precaution. I’d hope they wouldn’t be yanking hard on any dogs neck… but now we’re left with no groomer for our photos. Thanks for the lack of help.

  Huge Petco, bought my kids their first fish here and all our dog supplies. Great variety of food brands and holiday toys and clothes.
