  I am absolutely devastated and furious over the care my dog received at this practice. She was brought in and diagnosed with a mammary infection. We later discovered that she actually had mammary cancer that had metastasized, and she has now passed away. I trusted this practice with the life of a beloved member of my family. Instead, her cancer was misdiagnosed as an infection, and valuable time was lost. When you take your animal to a veterinarian, you trust them to recognize when something is seriously wrong and to investigate appropriately. That trust was completely broken. My dog was not just a pet. She was family. She deserved better care, and I deserved the opportunity to know what was actually happening to her while there was still time. I am heartbroken that she is gone, and I am angry that I have to wonder whether things could have been different if her cancer had been recognized sooner. This experience has left me with serious concerns about the competence and quality of care at this practice. Please do your research and ask questions about your pet’s diagnosis. I would never want another family to experience the heartbreak and helplessness that my family is experiencing now.

  I took my golden retriever, Clyde, to Banfield yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring. They made Clyde and me feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate how well we were treated!

  Didn’t disclose anything about prices. I call and make an appointment and first visit is free they said. I get to the appointment and they inform me I need some coupon then couldn’t tell me how to obtain it. I walked out to my car for five minutes to figure it out and then all of a sudden I’m past my time and can’t be seen. But they were okay waiting 15 minutes for me to find my rabies vaccines . Which also was not disclosed I had to bring that paper work. And no it’s not common knowledge the lady asked me if he had shots and was neutered I said yes. They wanted 32$ to vaccinate him. Then when I did walk back in from my car the front desk lady was extremely rude. So much so another women behind me corrected her and told her that she was rude. They had the audacity to ask me to reschedule. Wouldn’t trust them with my pet anyway.

  I've never been so PROUD to bring my furbabies somewhere! Going somewhere that accepts everyone is such a comforting feeling. Every single person I've met here always greets me with a genuine smile and treats my babies like they're family. I hope everyone comes here for the A+ treatment and amazing people!

  I can’t help but rave about the service I have always received from the staff here. Everyone has always been so friendly to myself and my dog. Especially Kristen and Kennedy at the front desk. So many others as well I wish I knew there names to shout them out. But the doctors are all amazing they communicate so well and show real compassion. I had to put my dog down yesterday and everyone was so caring and they loved Raven like their own and talked about how much she was one of their favorites. If I ever get another dog again this place will be my vet.
