- RHRenee HunterAug 5, 20261.0DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE especially if Olivia, Alison, or Erin are working in the grooming department. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was walking around the store to give them space to work, and when I returned to the grooming area, I walked into my dog nearly choking herself out on the table as these three “groomers” stood around and watched, one even throwing her hands up in the air as if she was annoyed, then aggressively grabbing my dog in a way I was disgusted by. What I’M annoyed about is the complete disregard to my dog who was very clearly struggling while being restrained so hard from the neck and legs that she barely had mobility to begin with as well as the complete incompetence of these women. These employees are gross and I simply can’t imagine how they treat your animals when there isn’t a big window to see into. Terrible experience and would never recommend to anyone - these people had the worst attitude and shouldn’t be left alone with your pets and I will never be back.
