  I had to put down my kitten due to an unfortunate accident and everyone was so kind and caring. It was a difficult decision and they reassured me that it was the kind option in light of my circumstances. I appreciated everything they did to expedite the process.

  Dr. Mims was amazing with my very anxious dog. She made my dog feel comfortable and safe with her. My dog was having an issue with her tail and in a lot of pain. Dr. Mims and the vet tech listened with kindness and compassion and came up with a very reasonable plan. I truly appreciated how much they cared about my sweet dog. And the front desk staff was so caring and extremely helpful. I was in a wheelchair and she went out of her way to help me navigate the office and was so kind about it too. I had a great experience there and will absolutely keep them in mind for the future.

  I took my little dog there and they were the nicest, respectful and knowledgeable Vet I have ever been to! I think the vet tech that helped out was named Kaycee and she was so helpful aswell. 100% would take all my animals there!

  I was quoted $180 for a screwworm inspection certificate. I paid the $180 before being seen. At the end of the appointment, I was told by Dr. Constantinescu that I would have to pay an additional $350 for a health certificate I did not request and is not required by my airline or they would give me nothing at all. Dr. Constantinescu also lied to the hospital manager by telling her she had provided sedative medication to my dog because he was too excited to be seen, and lied to me by telling me the $350 health certificates are required to travel. How many other people has she lied to and defrauded?

  I can’t say enough good things about the care and compassion I received here during one of the hardest days I’ve ever had. I brought my sick dog in, and unfortunately I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go. The staff were incredibly patient, kind, gentle, and understanding throughout the entire process. They never made me feel rushed and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye.They treated my dog with so much dignity and compassion, while also being incredibly supportive and caring toward me. Having to say goodbye to a beloved pet is absolutely heartbreaking, but their kindness and compassion made an incredibly difficult day a little easier. I will always be grateful for the way they treated both me and my dog during her final moments. I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone who wants their pet treated with genuine care and compassion. Thank you Dr. Ryan and Staff
