I want to personally Thank Dr. Mimms for her Total Compassion and kindness when I had my Baby Willow euthanized today. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

It happened fast. WAH was very professional & friendly with my cat & myself. After a couple of shots, complete exam, bloodwork, new food, my Matty came home & wanted to eat. I am still waiting on the bloodwork results. I highly recommend them. Thank you Wachusett Animal Hospital staff ❤️

Unfortunately, my experience confirmed exactly what I had been told. I called today because I was looking for care for my pet, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. When people call an animal hospital, it’s often because they’re worried about a pet that’s sick or in crisis. A little compassion and kindness can make a huge difference, but I didn’t feel that at all. I’ve also heard from many people in the area that they’ve had similar experiences, and it seems this isn’t an isolated issue. On top of the poor customer service, their prices are also much higher than other local veterinary practices. If you’re looking for a veterinary office with a much friendlier and more compassionate staff, I highly recommend Gardner Animal Care Center. They treated me and my pet with kindness and professionalism, and the difference in customer service is night and day. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this animal hospital.
