  Went here in a financial crisis with my unexpectedly sick cat and found out it was worse than I had even imagined, and I would likely have to put my cat down right then and there. The team there was so helpful and so kind and compassionate through that extremely hard experience. I even had my two year-old daughter with me which made the situation much harder and they had one of their workers come in and help distract her and color with her, which was so kind and helpful. They even sent me home with a handwritten card from all of the staff with condolences about my cat which had me sobbing, and then footprints, hair and all the nice stuff to remember him by. They truly made a bad experience so much better. Would recommend them to anyone!

  I went there today at 1 PM for an exam for my cat Rosie. Everyone there was kind and friendly. They did an exam and blood work. They also noticed Rosie had an ear infection, something the old vet, All Pet Vet, never did an exam for. The whole thing came to over $500, but when I went to the front desk I got a $91 refund! How cool is that?? Thank you all for being wicked pissah awesome!

  Booked a 930 appointment, I got here 15mins early, once they got me into the room I sat in there for 45mins pluse . There are reasons for appointments. I guess the customer's time doesn't matter .this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Not the one to complain but I am now.

  Im highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment I recieve by the vet at this clinic. I made an appointment for my dog for 11:15 apparently they change appointments with out any communication it was changed to 11 with out my knowledge I called bc I possibly would of been 10 min late so eta 1125 and the receptionist told me my appointment was at 11 and the vet wouldn’t see the dog because I would’ve been late. I said no my appointment was at 11:15. I have proof of confirmation and nobody ever notified me that it was changed. I was not late that I would be there before 1125 within the 10 minute window that she told me they allow and I got there with two minutes to spear. It might’ve been one to two minutes, but it was two minutes to spare and the vet flat out refused to see my Animal, which is absolutely not OK. I have a one year-old. I’m a single mom and I was at the ER until three in the morning that night and I still got up and was on time for this appointment and they refused to see my dog. This is not my error. This is there error and this is not good customer service and I think the vet was on a power trip or maybe didn’t eat I don’t know, but she didn’t even have the decency to come out and talk to me herself. I was already overwhelmed. I left their own tears. I’m very upset beyond upset. I bring all of my animals at Petco and I tell everybody about it because I love vital care and I’m ready to cancel all my memberships and go elsewhere for this service and lack of accountability on the end of this vet. I’m also highly disappointed by petcos lack of communication afterwards I called corporate and have not recieved a call back yet. Between my mother and myself they have had4- 6 dogs on vital care any any given time due to age and etc and they are about to loose thousands for the lack of compassion they hold. So no I don’t not recommend and it’s sad bc the rest of the staff has been amazing in the past but when the vet says they flat out refuse to do the job they are being payed to do and honor the appointments that were made it’s pathetic.
