  Summer is amazing. She takes special care to ensure a comfortable and stress free experience for my elderly Havanese. Summer also handles my 2yo Aussie - no problem. He’s actually excited to see her! Summer ❤️ my dogs and we ❤️ her !

  Aloha mahalo for asking me for this review where I am able to speak my mind on why this review is low if there was a negative star next to it I would give it a negative 100 because of the impact that happened! My appt was at 11:30am the woman asked what kind of hair cut and how low I said a trim and she said it would roughly be around and 1hr and 1/2 to 2hrs I said okay and she brought her into the grooming area! I left went and did a couple of errands and went home and picked up my daughter are 12:55pm to go with me to get our puppy Pearl. We got there are 1:20-1:25pm I think and notice she was not done with her so we went and shopped around keeping our distance we watch from afar not thinking that is wrong. I had a product I had found I thought about buying it until I found out the price was more than I expected. I brought it to the register and handed it to the gentleman told him I didn’t want to put it back on where I found it cause it was in the wrong home. Another groomer from the room comes out and yells at me for disturbing a male dog and he is can get cut if I disturb him I said who’s him when I have a female dog I was so embarrassed I went and hid behind a shelf for a lil bit to compose myself before walking out of the store embarrassed I didn’t think I was doing anything wrong. I was outside the store when an employee came up to me and asked if I was okay. I told her what happened when she explained it to a manager of my situation. After the 2 hr mark I proceeded into the store with my daughter again when the manager came up to me asked if I could talk to her about the situation as I explain my side of the story my groomer Trina came out aggressive with my dog hand my dog over to my 9 year old daughter and was saying I have been walking around the store since I dropped my dog off at 11:30am and as I’m trying to explain to the manager Melissa Trina is talked under her breath to mock me and then say out loud I am bad shit crazy. The manager help to control my embarrassment and said it’s paid for and she apologized for their actions. Yes I am a United States veteran and I struggle with ptsd and trauma from the military. The worst part is this is in front of my daughter. I have sent this report to petco corporate and expect these two woman Summer And Trina to understand the importance of customer service and how this whole event is unacceptable especially coming from a manager that worked for Aubuchon hardware for 10years and my training thrived in customer service! My suggestion is to give me a call or an email I would happily sub contract myself out to teach Petco corporation the importance of customer service and why it truly works! Thank you Lisa Sousa
