  Do not place a pickup order from petco. I ordered a couple of items online to claim the 10% off advertised on the website, they cancelled the item, told that they don’t have it. I checked the store to find a replacement and found the one I ordered!! This is not the first time, every-time I place a pickup order, they cancel an item and say they don’t have when it’s right on the shelf. When I buy the same thing in store costs me extra bucks, what’s the point of being advertised place a pickup for 10%off. Doesn’t matter 10% off or less, why do wrong advertising? I placed 3 items online and my tax was 4$, when I buy one item in-store the tax is 4$! Stop stealing money! A total waste. Shouldn’t be running stores when you can’t deliver what you advertise!

  Petco Premier is a scam, the discounts that were supposed to apply automatically never did for my account and when I email customer service they asked to look at my transactions i complained about based on my credit card I used of all things. What are people who paid with cash supposed to do? My transaction history on the website also said nothing about how much the items were initially priced and listed the prices as $0.00 while also listing how much I paid so I couldn't even get the info on my own to show to support. I quit this over a year ago and the premier thing has only increased in price with less benefits. The comany also sells homeopathic "medicine" another scam (homeopathy was developed before germ theory back when people thought bad smells spread disease).

  Looks dated though the store has pretty much everything that one is looking for their pets. Needs modernization.

  The woman cashier with the glasses that’s a bit on the chunky side was incredibly rude to my girlfriend & I at checkout for no reason. Also thought the small wood for our reptile would break a bag???
