  We have partnered with Norfolk Vet for many years for our dog and cats. We have had positive experiences with many members of their team. However, our most recent experiences in office and with the front desk team open some questions for me. These experiences make it seem like they are in it for the money, not the well being of my family members. This started after they moved to their new location and some staff seemed to change. I took my dog in earlier this year, explained what I thought was the issue and they proceeded to run hours of other tests and procedures stressing out my dog. In the end it was exactly what I said it was. When you call the office to ask for advice, they don’t look up your pet and do not tailor their advice based on their age. My pets are growing older and vet visits are stressful. I always want to weight the benefit of putting them through that but their office does not seem equipped to help with that decision anymore.

  Losing Sasha was incredibly difficult, but your warmth and compassion brought us comfort during such a heartbreaking time. Thank you for treating our dog and family with so much love. Special recognition to Dr. Carignan, Dr. Tami and Nicole.
