  This is one of the most difficult places for me and I am sure many other people to go to. That staff is incredible, empathetic and knowledgeable. I felt at ease with my pet in their care they go above and beyond.

  They are the best, all the staff are very caring and thorough, they are good about following up, and their hours make it very convenient to get the care we need for our two dogs

  We have partnered with Norfolk Vet for many years for our dog and cats. We have had positive experiences with many members of their team. However, our most recent experiences in office and with the front desk team open some questions for me. These experiences make it seem like they are in it for the money, not the well being of my family members. This started after they moved to their new location and some staff seemed to change. I took my dog in earlier this year, explained what I thought was the issue and they proceeded to run hours of other tests and procedures stressing out my dog. In the end it was exactly what I said it was. When you call the office to ask for advice, they don’t look up your pet and do not tailor their advice based on their age. My pets are growing older and vet visits are stressful. I always want to weight the benefit of putting them through that but their office does not seem equipped to help with that decision anymore.

  Dr Richards and staff are awesome!! I have a senior dog. I trust them with her care.
