  The staff listened to my concerns. Dr Caruso was very patient and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured to have any procedures done and they did not shame me for not having extra finances for some of the recommendations. I have an older cat whom I love. They allow me to choose what I’m comfortable with regarding his care both physically and financially. I also trust Dr Caruso to be honest and upfront with me regarding his diagnosis.

  The staff at the Dr's office were super nice and friendly, just like always. They gave my dog lots of love and respect, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

  I sincerely appreciate the care you have provided to both my current and previous Boxers. I truly value the respect you show me as a pet owner. Your staff is consistently professional and has never been pushy or rude regarding treatments or procedures. It is clear from the moment I walk through the door that everyone there genuinely loves animals and treats my pet as if they are the most important thing in the world. Thank you for everything you do.

  I am always well taken take of. The ataff are professional, timely, caring and friendly. The doctors are knowledgeable, kind, experienced, and well equipped for to handle all that related services. I found a great clinic I can relay on. Also I what to say how wonderful the ladies are who work at the front desk.

  Shawsheen has been our hospital for our babies since the mid-2000's or so, and I can't imagine bringing them anywhere else for health care! From the team at the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors... everyone is just wonderful. They're thorough, they've been great with every single cat we've owned, and they know their stuff! I honestly can't say enough good things about Shawsheen and the quality care for the animals. Definitely recommend!
