Vet arrived over an hour late, no heads up given by Petco. Services are fine once things actually start rolling but it is busy (avoid weekends) and there needs to be better communication on these things!

showed up at 10:15 for a 10:25 appointment only to see about 8 dogs ( people) ahead of me in line. Finally at 11:15 we got to see the technician for vaccinations. Thats a long time to keep an 85lb golden retriever quiet and subdued

Absolutely awful! I brought my dog here to get routined vaccines and gave them warnings he might bite and is afraid of men. They waited until after my dog snapped at them, after showing every sign he is scared, to muzzle him AND had a male hold him. Then I got lectures about how I should be giving out warnings that he might bite people, and that we should sedate him in further appointments.
