When I first brought Wilson home, I tried giving him his very first bath myself — and it was an absolute nightmare. He was terrified, I was soaked, and it was clear we needed a professional who truly understood dogs, especially sensitive ones like my Shar-Pei. Enter Jess. From the very first visit, Wilson has been a completely different dog for her. He’s calm, cooperative, and genuinely happy to see her. It’s obvious how much he loves her, and just as obvious how much she cares about him. The way she handles him — with patience, kindness, and real affection — means the world to me. She always does an excellent job, and I trust her completely with my boy. Honestly, I don’t know what we would do if Jess ever left the store. She is exceptional at what she does, and her hard work and caring nature shine through every single visit. The entire grooming team has been wonderful, and we’ve only ever had positive experiences. I highly, highly recommend Jess. She deserves every bit of recognition — and truly, she deserves a raise for the incredible work she does. Thank you, Jess and the grooming team!!
