  I always have a great experience at this petco, employees go above and beyond! Kayleigh is caring and very pet knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed for new pet setup!

  Not friendly or accommodating in any way. I’ve been using Petco locations across the country as I travel for years. They advertise nail trim is walk in and then they just refuse to fit you in. If you are going to have walk in service you need to have more staff.

  I brought my shepherd sheltie in for a grooming appointment yesterday on June 5th 2026. When I booked the appointment I specifically asked to.have my dog groomed, a bath, a summer cut, nails trimmed and the fur cut off the bottom of her feet. I paid $101.00 plus a $20.00 tip. The only thing they did is give her a bath, do a deranged shampoo and brush her. When I got home I noticed none of the other things were done. When I called to question it they said the person I had was not certified to do grooming. Its like hello why did you give me that groomer then and why the hell was the price $101.00 before the tip Not very professional and very poor customer service Adding to my original review from June 5th Today is Monday June 8th, 2026. I spoke to the grooming manager Deb. She did not resolve my issue. The only thing she said was I booked you another appointment to get your dog groomed. No you did not book the appointment. I booked it and you were going to charge me an additional $141.00 for everything I wanted done. I canceled the appointment. I asked her for a portion of my money back or a store credit and she said. Let me talk to my GM he is here today. Hes busy now but he will call you back today. Never got a phone call from anyone at Petco. I booked with another groomer. They lost my business

  It is what it is. A big box pet store. Shop local, shop small, bring your pet to a real vet.
