  Sat in line for 10 minutes waiting for team members to cash us out with a person in front of us and behind. No available person to help. Went to the guy working at Vetco and he said he couldnt help because he worked for the vet and couldnt find an employee for us (even though he was standing there on his phone scrolling not working). When someone finally came up front she said someone was supposed to be covering her when she went to the bathroom and told the guy that there was no way he was waiting there that long (he said 15 minutes which he was in line well before us so this is probably an understatement) and she didnt even really apologize just said that someone was supposed to be there.

  While shopping here, an employee asked for my phone number. I politely declined and mentioned that I’m married. After that, her attitude became noticeably rude and unprofessional for the remainder of the interaction. Unfortunately, this experience made me uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning.

  I can't thank Walter, the store manager, enough for his assistance today. He listened to my concerns about my 70# dog pulling and had excellent recommendations. I ended up with a Gentle Leader which he fitted for my girl. She responded immediately to this. What a kind and helpful man, who has background knowledge adding to his repertoire. Thank you, Walter!

  ‼️SERVICE INCOMPLETE‼️ I took my dog and got the strawberry package. They don’t know how to treat first time guests and he did not get all his nails cut 🙄
