When you call the store, you get told that the general manager isn't there that day and to call back on this day. Guess what? He/ She isn't there that day either! Their corporate customer service is no help either... They tell you every time you contact them that it is a "back office" issue and someone will get back to you within 48 hours. No one ever does. And I haven't called being a screaming shrew... I would expect to be ignored for that behavior. I can only assume that because they have a 30 day money back guarantee, they intend to give you the runaround until that 30 days expires.
