  Just love banfield for my dog

  Do not recommend unless you want your dog in the crate all day for every minor issue Appointments are almost always “drop off.” Even though we were told we could pick our dog up in a few hours, we were consistently waiting to get him at 4pm panicking that we could not pick up our actual human kids at daycare by closing time. We asked many times to have our dog out earlier because we also didn’t want him in the crate all day but they left him in the crate all day and said that was normal. I haven’t experienced this at other vets. They also told me our dog was overweight and said owners never like to hear this information. I wouldn’t mind hearing it if he was actually overweight! But I got two other vets opinion since then and they said he is perfect weight. I was stressed about his weight for months. I don’t recommend this vet.

  My mother brings her dog Disney to this location and also pays for a plan. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with multiple Banfield locations which is why I will not bring my dog here. I am a pet groomer of Almost 10 years and I steer ALL clients as far away from Banfield as possible and my experience yesterday solidified that I made the right choice in doing so. Disney had an appointment at 445 for 2 vaccinations which should have taken 15 -30 mins tops. I was there for over an hour. Although inconvenient, its not the reason I am leaving this review. The tech took Disney in the back room and was gone for at least 30 minutes. When she returned, she apologized for it taking so long but then also told me the reason why. Instead of saying there was an emergency she needed to help with, she shared that there was a patient that WOKE UP FROM ANESTHESIA DURING A PROCEDURE! Not only should that have never happened to that poor animal but This info should have also NEVER been shared with me! this information also tells me their anesthesiologist was either not paying attention or doesn't know how to do their job and that is terrifying. I will absolutely never allow them to anesthitize my mother's senior dog again. And I highly recommend that you take your dog absolutely anywhere else. I'm beside myself.

  We’ve had a very positive experience overall with your practice. The staff has consistently been friendly, professional, and attentive, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the animals they treat. Appointments are handled efficiently, and communication has been clear and helpful both during visits and in follow-ups. We especially appreciate the time taken to explain diagnoses and treatment options, which helps us feel confident in the care being provided. It’s reassuring to know our pet is in good hands.

  This was my first time visiting Banfield Pet Hospital, and the staff and doctor were friendly, professional, and clearly care about the animals. My dog received excellent care, and everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. There was a bit of scheduling confusion with a follow-up vaccination, which had been scheduled on a surgery day. When I arrived, I needed to reschedule for the following day. I was also a little curious why the booster shots couldn’t be given by a vet tech on the surgery day, as I’ve seen that handled differently at other clinics. Overall, a very positive experience, and I feel confident bringing my dog here.
