- MPmorgan pistorinoSep 1, 20262.0Staff were kind but the prices are just as expensive as the emergency clinic. Paid $800 for my dog to be seen for thirty minutes. X-rays were $450 and then and to pay another $150 for a third party to read the x-rays that took two days for results… also had to pay for the visit and $50 to drop the dog off. Also my pet insurance asked me to ask the vet at banfield to write an addendum to their notes but the vet left me a voicemail refusing to do so now I can’t be reimbursed through my insurance. might as well have went to the emergency room for $500 x-rays and be told what the issue was right then and there. Won’t be coming back.

We brought her two times already, one for a check up and then this week for a dental cleaning. They did a great job with the cleaning. The next day they followed up with us to make sure everything was ok with my cat. We recommend this location!
- SMStephon MartinJul 16, 20262.0I never make a point of leaving bad reviews because any one experience doesn’t define a business but this one was fairly frustrating. After receiving 4 different reminders to confirm the appointment (I did) and arriving on time for said appointment we were immediately placed in an exam room (with one other owner in the waiting room). One person came in after 20m to tell us someone would be in shortly. No one else came for another half hour. 50m later and only after I returned to the waiting room with a bit of an attitude did they instantly take my dog back and have her returned to me within 10m with a rushed apology. I work in medicine. I know how days go. This wasn’t an ED evaluation. This was a clinic appointment. Being late is one thing. Being an hour late is another. Doing so with only one checkin to update me is unprofessional.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
