    Very seriously overbooked! Having to stand in a line with a dog for well over an hour when you have an appointment is unacceptable. If it was a walk-in that would be different and they should not allow walk-ins either when other people have appointments. By the time the dog gets to have their vaccine they are super stressed out. And hour and a half is too long to be standing in a line.
