  I went there to buy 2 birds tonight and the lady crystal was so rude that I put my $4,000 cash back in my wallet & walked out. Crystal needs a manager to teach her customer service, respect to customers & how to greet customers when they walk in the door. The birds name was Blueberry & could have been in a nice loving home tonight.

  I brought my dog Lila in for a groom with Alex, and she did a wonderful job on my girl! Alex has groomed all of my dogs the last few years and she is so pleasant and professional. She is an asset to your store. Give that girl a raise!! When I was cashing out ,I inquired about a Seresto collar for her and the girl in the front helped me get one,even thought she was off her shift, so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend going there for grooming and pet supplies, you have a great team. Thank you for the awesome service!

  Dirty, cashier on his phone for who knows how long, poor selection of wet cat food. Cashier seemed bothered by doing his job. Petsmart is so much better but I was out this way so I stopped to get my cats wet food. I will never come back to this dump

  so i walk in looking for your stereotypical fish tank and couldn’t find one. i walk over to this worker and say “excuse me do you guys have like regular fish bowls” this lady is like “no we don’t sell fish bowls” i was like uh okay odd but wtv i start walking away and she mutters under her hot breath “fish don’t live in fish bowls” THEN proceeds to talk crap about me to her coworker oddly loud in front of a ton of other customers while i was still standing right there. i was like wow this lady’s a jerk. and i work in customer service like i understand there are some dumb questions but what do you mean that fish don’t live in fish bowls like hello? anyways here’s my fish happily living in her fish bowl i got from a different pet store. thank you petco
