  I just stopped into Petco to get some bird seed recommended by Gemini and there was a few people there. Started to get a little busy. What impressed me very much was the manager on duty was like all over it about getting the registers open getting the customer s through it was amazing. Whoever that manager was on duty, he knows his job. Customer service was his top priority. Of course, I was pleasantly happy I was able to get some bird food for for my bird feeder. Overall, I thought the store was clean and organized. I didn't expect anything different. This reflection is definitely a reflection on the managers on duty. I will definitely stop there again.   I'm giving a 5 star review, specifically for my favorite groomer, Ann! She is truly one of the biggest reasons why I'm a loyal customer, and it's because she is truly excellent at her job. As a manager for the grooming department, she treats my pup as well as she would get own, and treats me with the highest quality customer service. Getting that kind of treatment should be "normal" but unfortunately we all know it is not these days, so it is such a gift to have that here. So I encourage everyone to treat her and every worker there with gratitude for their hard work, and patience & good communication when they have circumstances come up they need to address. Ann is a wonderful manager and excellent groomer. Me and Willow love her!

  Went here on July 28 for some cat stuff. Walked in to the guy with the neck tattoo at the front eating his lunch while checking customers out, absolutely disgusting. I didn’t know corporate places allow that. Than when I went to check out I asked him a question about the pricing and he started to curse me out but very quietly so no one else could hear him. Worst customer service in the world. I spend an average of 309 dollars a month here but will never ever step foot in that building again. Called corporate at they said this store has a lot of complaints, I couldn’t imagine why. Petco will never ever receive another dollar from me.

  Krystal was very helpful. I interrupted her when she was in the middle of cleaning the cages, and she guided me to where I had to go. Afterwards she was ringing out customers, and doing multiple tasks at one time. If she’s not a manager, she should be. She knew exactly what I was looking for and she was quick getting me in and out of the store in a timely manner. :)

  I was at petco today for my dog’s vet appointment at 11:30am. I went to the cashier to pay for his shots. The amount came to 107.36 I gave the cashier 120.00 in cash. The change I got back was $2.00 and some change plus no receipt. I went to my car to figure out the exact change I was to receive. I should have got $12.64 back. Went back into the store and told the cashier. He had to get another worker or manager to open the register. He only gave me 5.00 back. I am still owed 5.00. I felt with no receipt in my hand I would have not got back the rest of my money. How do I get 5.00 back?
