  Went in to look and used the bathroom and it was very neglected. The bathroom looks like they have not been cleaned in days. Really bad for a such a high chain store. The sink is black. Like the bathroom looks abandoned.

  Absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help me find the perfect food and toys for my pets. The selection is amazing, and I appreciate how clean and organized the store is.

  Went to this store today to get some fish. I searched the whole store for someone to help. The only person I could find was the cashier who had 5 customers in line. I left without getting fish. Petco is across the street.

  The man, with glasses, that thinks he knows everything needs removed. He's rude, mishandles the animals, and doesn't give accurate information. I used to enjoy going to this Petco but the staff is either rude or lazy. The fish tanks are almost always nasty and reptiles are under weight and sickly looking. Thank goodness for Petsmart opening across the road. They gave have my business.

  I was here on Thursday, May 28, 2026 and entered the building with my dad at 9:19AM. My dad and I are both naturally animal-lovers at heart and spent the vast majority of the time looking at the aquatic life, small pets, and birds (Starburst is the LOUDEST bird ever and needs a loving home! I wish I could have him.) Anyways, the entire purpose of the trip was to get fish food. We got to the register and the cashier was telling us all about the needs of each bird and how his bird bonded with his family member and the bird disowned him hahaha. We purchased the fish food and went home only to realized we got the pellets instead the flakes. When my dad went back (I sat in the car) they told my dad he was stealing and refused to do an even exchange. The worker then came running outside of Petco to tell my father, again, that he was stealing (because he brought the pellet fish food back in without a receipt). If they looked up my phone number they would’ve seen that we purchased the fish food less than 2 hours prior to trying to exchange it. I understand my father doesn’t dress the nicest and I’ve seen them be biased towards him in previous interactions–but that doesn’t make him ‘poor’ or a 'thief’. If my father wasn't treated so poorly we wouldn’t have had to go searching elsewhere. Come to find out it was a blessing! Goldfish flakes @ Petco = $8.52 The SAME BRAND Goldfish flakes @ Walmart = $2.98 I’ll save that 185.91% increase.
