  First time they did a nice job. Second time puppy came back with half of the nails not trimmed and still having that “dog smell”. Also, you can’t see behind the door…i always hear puppies screaming. I don’t hear that at any other places I have taken my dog to. I would suggest trying a different place.

  The groomer seems to not really care about attention to detail, the cut is extremely blotched not clean or blended . I request my dog to be cut a certain way and i get him back completely a different way every time. There is very noticeable missing spots that reflect lack of attention to detail. I ask for nails to be trimmed and i get him back with untouched nails. Choppy hair cut and all. I have a Shih Tzu and they do not cut according to his breed instead it looks like they just shave him down and cut everything off with zero style, which seems like anyone could of just done without being a professional. ive given them multiple chances and this is the last straw. Best to try the Newton location for more of a professional experience.

  I have been being my dog there monthly for over a year and she loves it there! She’s never loved going to the groomer before, Heather who manages the salon is amazing and kimly is her groomer, Kimly does a great job!

  I brought my dog Nico in today and I absolutely loved the experience. I’ve taken him to grooming many times before, but he has never looked this good. He came out even better than I imagined, happy, playful, and his grooming was truly perfect, exactly how I asked. He looked so clean, smelled amazing, and you can tell the work was done with a lot of care. I’m so happy with the result and I will definitely be coming back!

  This review is not about the quality of grooming specifically but feedback about the actual experience. I usually come to this location and typically have a good experience with the grooming. This latest time however, was pretty off putting. Echoing another review from below, the lady in the front had her dog with her and the dog was roaming the front area where we check in etc. The dog is clearly dog aggressive and I can't understand why allowing a dog aggressive dog to roam around off leash in a DOG GROOMING salon is ok? My dog and I were standing outside waiting to be let in and saw the front lady's dog standing on the inside of the door growling at my dog and snapping at him. I was already one edge seeing this. At one point, before the lady came to grab him after seeing us waiting there, he lunged at the door and was snapping and growling aggressively before she came and picked him up. She acted like it was totally normal and put him inside in a crate but I was already pretty put off from that experience. Fast forward to when I went to pick him up, myself and another dog owner were waiting to pay + check out and she let her dog out to roam while were there. He proceeded to bark loudly and persistently at us with his hackles up and didn't stop until the front desk person reprimanded him. it's REALLY not a good look for this location. When she went to go grab our dogs after, the other lady asked me how this was normal and ok to have this dog hovering and barking around us. She also stated she felt nervous and probably was not going to come back to this location because of it. I agreed with her. I love splash and dash and will continue to go to the other location in burlington but probably won't be coming back to the assembly one.
