  Terrible. I took my Yorkshire Terrier in for a haircut, and it was an absolutely awful experience. They cut off way too much—they even cut her whiskers! I specifically asked for her facial hair to be trimmed in a round shape, but that never happened. My dog ​​was extremely nervous after visiting the place and didn't eat properly for two days; her scalp was also incredibly dry and flaking. I do not recommend this place.

  They sell sick fish and then when you reach out and let them know that the fish came home sick with parasites, they refuse to let you surrender the fish back to the store because “they don’t have the treatments necessary and that they only have herbal natural treatments that won’t be affective”. It’s just sad that they don’t care about these animals that we are now left with to handle.

  I understand the "aquatics specialist manager" is doing her job here, but of all the petcos, pet supplies, and petsmarts around me, the aquatics here has to be the worst. she also refused to forfeit dying bettas (I understand if its her job she cant) but she could atleast keep up with the dozens of dead ones i find every visit. disgusting care.
