- PTPaulette Travers2 days ago1.0One of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had. I’ve called today because my dog injured their legs and made an appointment instead of seeing my dog. The assistant called me to ask me more about the issue, which is understandable to see if it was something they’d be able to address after speaking with her They were basically quoting me prices and I let them know that I would like them to see my dog so I know what the expectations are that Financially, this was a poor time for this injury to occur, and I wanted to make sure that she was at least seen, and it was addressed. Instead, they kept trying to convince me out of coming. Rather than seeing my dog, they just decided it was best not to see her Unless I could financially commit to their recommendations by phone. I have never met a vet in my life to deny care of a dog without seeing them first. I will never visit this vetco again.
