They lied to me about the kind of medication they gave my dog, denied his refill 3 times, and then asked me, “what would you like me to do from here”. Seriously! Worst place ever to bring your babies!! If you love your babies PLEASE bring them else where!! I will never step foot into any place related to petco ever again!

Also, if you don't buy meds from them - it takes forever to get vet's approval on prescription, as if they aren't interested in your animal, only in making sales. This time I don't even know how to contact this branch - CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME & FAX Rx APPROVAL TO PetMeds for Interceptor?! ADDING: still nobody responded to the request for medication approval, and no response to the email either! --- I will delete this review, if someone please respond to Case 411488, and approve Interceptor for dog Mayla!
