- JSjackie scottJun 14, 20262.0Close to the end of my puppies appt. I get a message saying its gonna be longer now. Apparently they had to stop working on my pup because "a VIP dropped in". According to their website, VIP needs to be booked in advance though, its not a "drop-in" instant service. I took an Uber Pet there and was just walking around until my pup was done so this was a little annoying! The major issues came at pickup. There is 0% possibility that soap ever touched this dog, he still smelled pretty bad, even the Uber Pet driver home remarked on how he smells like dog! Whatever they clipped his nails with, left them so jagged and scratchy he was now drawing blood on me. I had to schedule him another appointment the next day elsewhere. Left 2 stars because my puppy seemed happy upon pick up. Would never return though.
