    Dr. Williams and the staff are just wonderful. They are caring and thorough. Dr. Williams called me after hours to give me results from bloodwork on my Oscar!!! Thank you!

    We had a great visit. The Saugus staff were friendly and attentive although I miss the old team. I’ve been going here for 4 years now. Things have definitely changed. One complaint I have- it’s very difficult to book appointments. You’re better off bringing your pet to an urgent care if they need care. Also, I had to confirm my appt 4 times through text and again with a staff member over the phone. It’s almost like I was prompted to cancel or reschedule. This is concerning.
